I was trying to change lanes as my phone rang. Quickly, I switched the headset on and I heard a familiar voice “Hey it’s me. Are you at office?” I said no and the voice continued “I want to thank you for backing me and it was a pleasure working with you” as the tone trailed off. “What? Are you in office yet?” I asked and I heard a sharp beep. Traffic thickened and I reached office late. I had a strange feeling about my friend’s call and my colleagues’ faces proved it.   Alan was roused out of his sleep at nine ‘o’clock in the morning to find his room full of Mr. Robert. Robert was there in a nightdress, in his soiled trousers. Robert was there, humming softly in a brown polka-dotted gown. Alisha thrust a newspaper at Alan, as he sat up blinking.
