The Unruled Notebook

Picture sourced from Google Images Mia’s face flashed through my mind. I thought about the endless fights; we often argued about my dream of becoming a filmmaker. She knows I have spent most of my life thinking about movies. I contemplated a thousand times.  I knew she wouldn’t agree but I clicked on ‘Submit Resignation’. I am one step closer.

She dropped her jaw with a startled exclamation and suddenly burst into a flood of tears. With her face buried in her hands she sat in the couch for the next half hour and sobbed desperately. 'Good Lord!' said her husband, blankly. ‘I hate myself! I should have sold the idiot box before getting married!’ Picture sourced from Google Images  

The driver set off in a rather slow pace, ironically, in a crimson-sport Lamborghini.   While adjusting the rear view mirror, he saw two people sitting in two corners of the car and exchanging glances.
